Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the service was exceptional, the location was fantastic for exploring Cozumel, and the dining experience was delightful. However, the facilities were quite limited, and the price was a bit high considering the amenities offered.
Wow! I felt like I had my dream room at this hotel. The owner, Dan, made sure the rooms were so beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spacious - a rare find in Central America. Everything was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. My only minor gripe was the price tag.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were always nice after coming back from a day on the town, with a queen-sized bed and good working air conditioners that made my stay very comfortable. Everything was lovely and clean, though there were some minor issues. The service was exceptional, especially from Dan, the hotel owner, who went above and beyond to help us with all kinds of things. The location was great, close to the downtown area and with Ivan and his crew making sure everything was safe and convenient. The dining was delicious, especially the fresh juices prepared by Eduardo. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I felt like a VIP at this hotel! The rooms are so beautiful, you wish you had a room that looked like that in your own house. They are huge and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was always a nice retreat after a day on the town or our scuba diving adventures. The service was top-notch, without much Dan, the hotel owner and general manager, wouldn't handle for you; from calling cabs to arranging car rentals, they had you covered. The location gave me a real feel for how regular folks live in Cozumel, offering safety and a close proximity to the airport and popular spots like La Perlita. Unfortunately, the dining experience, courtesy of the in-house chef Daniel, was very expansive, but the poultry options were truly enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained and well worth my money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable with good working air conditioners, clean, very well decorated, and located in a quiet area. The service was top-notch, just like they were catering to the Mayor or the President of the island. The location was convenient, giving a real feel for how regular folks live in Cozumel, with a genuine Mexican touch. The dining experience was exquisite with a variety of options prepared by the in-house chef. The facilities were outstanding, providing a truly luxurious experience.
